Section 78 of The Bengal Village Self-Government Act, 1919 — Action to be taken if suit not triable by a union court

- (1)If at any time the union court is of opinion that the suit is barred by limitation the court shall dismiss the suit by order in writing.
- (2)If at any time it appears to the court that it has no jurisdiction to entertain the suit, the court shall direct the petitioner to the proper court.
