Section 102 of The Bengal Village Self-Government Act, 1919 — Members of union board, etc. not to bid for or buy property sold

No member of union board, union bench or union court, or other, or officer having any duty to perform in connection with any sale under this Act, shall directly or indirectly bid for or acquire any interest in any property sold at such sale.
