Power to release from superintendence.—The Court of Wards may, at any time, release any person or property, or both, from its superintendence : Provided that the property of a land-holder, who has been made a ward in accordance with an order made under section 5, shall not be released from the superintendence of the Court of Wards without the previous sanction of the Government : Provided further, that person or property, under the charge of the Court of Wards in accordance with the provisions of sub-section
- (2)of section 7, shall not, be released without the concurrence of the Court which appointed or declared the Deputy Commissioner to be guardian of the person or property, or both, of the person concerned, under the State Guardians and Wards Act.
