Operation and finality of orders made under sections 6, 7 and 8.- Every order made by the Court of Wards assuming, under sections 6, 7 and 8 respectively, the superintendence of the person or property, or both, of any person shall take effect from the date fixed in this behalf in the notification published under section 9, and shall be final and shall not be called in question in any Court of law.
