Guardians and managers to be deemed to be public servants.—(1) Every guardian and manager appointed under this chapter shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Ranbir Penal Code and for the purposes of that Code.

(2)In the definition of "legal remuneration" contained in section 161 of the Ranbir Penal Code the word "Government" shall, for the purposes of this section, be deemed to include the Court of Wards.
