Examination into admission and rejection of claims.

1. (1)The Deputy Commissioner issuing the notice mentioned in section 26 shall, after such enquiry as he may consider necessary, decide, as to each claim made against any ward or property, in manner in section 26 and section 27 provided, whether such claim is, either in whole or in part, to be admitted or disallowed, and shall intimate, in writing, his decision in respect of each such claim to the claimant thereof.
