Section 74 of The NAGALAND AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE AND LIVESTOCK MARKETING (PROMOTION AND FACILITATION) ACT, 2020

Permission for transportation of notified agricultural produce.

(1) Any agricultural produce shall be transported into the market area undercommercial transaction as may be prescribed by the Board, (2) Any notified agricultural produce shall be remo' ed out of the market area only in the manner and in accordance with the permit issued in such form, as is prescribed by the Member Secretary or Managing Director and not otherwise; Provided that the bill issued by the seller will have to be kept with the buyer at the time of transportation of processed products of agricultural produces.
