Recovery of Sums due to Board/Market Committee.

Any sum due to a Market Committee or the Board on account of any charge, eosts, expenses. fees, rent or any other account under the provision of this Act or any rule or bye-laws made thereunder shall be recoverable as arrears of Land revenue.
