Section 104 of The NAGALAND AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE AND LIVESTOCK MARKETING (PROMOTION AND FACILITATION) ACT, 2020

Filling of casual vacancy.

In the event of death or resignation or disqualification or removal of any Member of the Board or any vacancy arising otherwise before the expiry of his term of office, a casual vacancy shall be deemed to have occurred in such office and such vacancy shall be tilled, as soon as maybe, by nomination by the Government/Administration.
