Section 137 of The NAGALAND AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE AND LIVESTOCK MARKETING (PROMOTION AND FACILITATION) ACT, 2020
Power of the State Government to give directions.
- (I)The State Government may give directions to the Board and Market Committees.
- (2)The Board and the Market Committees shall be bound to comply with directions issued by the State Government under sub-section (1) of this section.
