Section 140 of The NAGALAND AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE AND LIVESTOCK MARKETING (PROMOTION AND FACILITATION) ACT, 2020

Delegation of powers.

(1) The Government may delegate to any Officer of the Government/Administration not below the rank. of Director, any of the powers conferred on it by or under the Act other than the powers to make Rules under Section 145. (2) The officer so delegated under sub-section (i) may sub-delegate any of his powers to any Officer of the Government not below the rank of Deputy Director in the State or Under Secretary to the Government of India,
