Section 56 of The Sonipat Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2023 — Members and officers to be public servants

Every member and every officer and other staff of the Authority or a committee constituted by or under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
