Section 35 of The Sonipat Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2023 — Power of Authority to borrow

The Authority may, from time to time, borrow money by way of loans, bonds or debentures or other instruments from sources other than the State Government, on such terms and conditions, general or specific, as may be approved by the State Government.
