Section 22 of The Sonipat Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2023 — Special provisions regarding operation of a city bus service

The State Government shall, in public interest and pursuant to a proposal regarding a scheme published in accordance with the provisions of sub-section

1. (1)of section 99 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988) and published under sub-section
2. (3)of section 100 of the said Act for the purpose of providing an efficient, adequate, economical and properly coordinated road transport service, permit the Authority to operate a city bus service within the notified area.
