Section 3 of The Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016 — Insertion of a new sub-section(17A) after sub-section(17) of Section-2 of the Bihar and Orissa Act II of 1915.- After the subsection(17) of Section-2 , the following new sub-section (17A) shall be inserted, namely:

“(17A) – Public Place means any place to which public have access, whether as a matter of right or not and includes all places visited by general public and also includes any open space.”
