- (1)For sub-section (2) of section-1 of the Bihar Excise Act, 1915 (Bihar and Orissa Act II of 1915) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the following shall be substituted, namely:-
- (2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.
