Section 22 of The Assam Development Authority Act, 1964 (Single Document — Members and Officers of the Authority to be public servants

All members and officers of the Authority shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
