Section 15 of The Assam Development Authority Act, 1964 (Single Document — Functions of the Advisory Council

The functions of the Advisory Council shall be :- (a) to advise the Authority on matters referred to it for successful implementation of the plans and schemes of the Authority; (b) to secure the efficient discharge of the functions of the Authority ; (c) to do such other things as may be prescribed.
