Section 52B of The West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 — Power to enter upon or take possession of land

The State Government or any officer or authority authorised by it in this behalf may, for the purpose of management of lands under section 52 or section 52A, enter upon and take possession of any land which is at the disposal of the State Government.
