Section 52A of The West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 — Provision for establishment of Government Company, etc

The State Government may, if it is of opinion that it is necessary so to do for the purpose of management of lands or for any purpose connected therewith or incidental thereto, establish a Government Company as defined in section 617 of the Companies Act, 1956 or a corporation owned or controlled by the State Government.
