Section 26 of The Uttarakhand Boving Breeding Act — Experts, Officers and officials of the Authority to be public servants

All expert, officer and official of the Authority, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder shall be deemed to be public servants under section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
