Section 21 of The Uttarakhand Boving Breeding Act — Penalties

(1) Any person who contravenes or violates any provision of this Act or rules made thereunder, shall be punished with rigorous imprisonment up to one year or a fine up to one lakh rupees or both. (2) The fine so imposed, may be recovered from the person concerned, as arrears of land revenue.
