Section 16 of The Uttarakhand Audit Act, 2012 — Protection for acts done in good faith

No suit, prosecution or other proceedings shall lie against the State Government, Director or any other officer, auditor or subordinate to the Director for anything done or purporting to have been done, in good faith, under this Act.
