Removal of member of Executive Committee The Board may remove any member of the Executive Committee in a Special Meeting summoned at the instance of the Chairman for proved misuse of power and grave infringement of the provisions of this Act and the regulations made thereunder and make such transitory provisions as it deems fit to remedy the vacancy thus caused.
