Section 3 of The Sikkim Model Schools Act, 2025 — Establishment and incorporation of Board

(1)On and from the appointed day, there shall be established a Board for the Model School, called the Sikkim Model School Board.
(2)The Board shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to acquire, hold and manage property, both movable and immovable and to contract and shall by the name sue and be sued.
(3)The Board shall be under the control of School Education, Education Department, Government of Sikkim.
