Section 4 of The Punjab Rent (Amendment) Act, 2013 — Amendment in section 4 of Punjab Act 13 of 2012

In the principal Act, in section 4, for sub-sections (2) and (3), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely= "(?) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Registration Act, 1908 (16 of 1908), every agreement referred to in sub-section (1) shall be in the Form specified in Schedule I to this Act and shall be registered with the Rent Authority concerned on payment of registration fee of rupees one thousand.".
