Section 19 of The Punjab Rent (Amendment) Act, 2013 — Amendment in section 54 of Punjab Act 13 of 2012

In the principal Act, in section 54, for proviso to sub-section (3), the following proviso shall be substituted, namely:- " Provided that no appeal shall lie against an order or a decision of the Rent Authority made under section 21 or section 33.".
