Section 4 of Odisha Universities (Amendment) Act, 2024 — Amendment to Section 4

In the Principal Act, in Section 4, for sub-section (3), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:─ “(3) the following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:─

(i)the senate;
(ii)the Syndicate;
(iii)the Academic Council;
(iv)the Finance Committee;
(v)Building and works Committee; and
(vi)such other authorities as may be declared by the statute to be the Authorities of the University.”
