Section 26 of The Kerala Headload Workers Act, 1978 — Maintenance of Registers and records by employers

Maintenance of Registers and records by employers .-(1) Every employer shall maintain such registers and records as may be prescribed.

2. (1)shall contain such particulars and shall be countersigned by such officer and shall be kept in such place, as may be prescribed.
