Workmen's Compensation

Application of Workmen's Compensation Act to headload workers ,-The provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 (Central Act 8 of 1923) and the rules made thereunder shall mutatis mutandis apply to the headload workers employed in any establishment, and, for that purpose, they shall be deemed to be workmen within the meaning of that Act.
