Section 7 of The Karavali Development Board Act, 2023 — Provided that no member shall be removed under this clause unless he has been given an opportunity of making his representation against the proposal

Secretary Secretary.-

1. (1)The Secretary shall receive such salary and other allowance as the Government may determine from time to time.
2. (2)The Government may grant from time to time leave of absence to the Secretary.
3. (3)The Secretary shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Board and shall,-
   1. (a)be responsible for implementing the schemes approved by the Board;
   2. (b)operate the fund of the Board;
   3. (c)cause to be maintained accounts of the Board; and
   4. (d)discharge such other functions which are conferred on him by or under this Act or any other Law for the time being in force.
