Obtaining Information.- The Board may for the purpose of this Act seek and obtain information from any Zilla Panchayats in Karavali Area or from any officer of the Government having jurisdiction over any area in Karavali Area and such Zilla Panchayats or officer shall be bound to furnish the information sought by the Board.
