Section 64 of The Karnataka Rent Act, 1999 — Amendment of Orders

Amendment of Orders.- Clerical or arithmetical mistakes in any order passed by a Court, Controller or the revisional or appellate authority under the Act or error arising therein from any accidental slip or omission may, at any time, be corrected by such Court, Controller or the appellate or revisional authority on an application received in this behalf from any of the parties or otherwise.
