Section 63 of The Karnataka Rent Act, 1999 — Finality of Orders

Finality of Orders.- Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, every order made by the Court or controller and every order passed in appeal or revision there against under this Act shall be final and shall not be called in question in any suit, application or execution proceeding.
