Section 44 of The Jammu and Kashmir Irrigation Act, 1978 — Enforcement variation and cancellation of the scheme

(1) The scheme shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.(2) The scheme may at any time be varied by a subsequent scheme made, published and sanctioned in accordance with the provisions of section 43.(3) The scheme may at any time be cancelled by the Government by a notification.
