Section 14 of The Haryana State Industrial Security Force Act, 2003 — Cognizance of offence

No court shall take cognizance of any offence against any member of the Force with regard to any duty done by him while discharging or purporting to act in the discharge of his duty except with the previous sanction of the Government.
