Section 12 of The Haryana State Industrial Security Force Act, 2003 — Protection of members of the Force

No suit or prosecution shall be entertained in any Court against any member of the Force or against any person acting under the order of the Force for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
