Section 1152 of Portuguese Civil Code, 1867 — Absence of prescription in respect of endowed immobile assets

The dotal immobile assets cannot be acquired by prescription during the subsistence of the marriage, as laid down in article 551. The dotal mobiliary assets may be acquired by prescription, but the husband is liable for them.
