Amendment of section 253. 101. In the principal Act, in section 253, for sub-section (1), the following shall be substituted, namely:--
- (1)Any person aggrieved by any notice issued by the Municipal Board under this Act or by any other order made by the Municipal Board in exercise of the powers conferred on it by or under this Act may appeal to the District Magistrate or the Additional District Magistrate or any other Executive Magistrate authorized by the District Magistrate in this behalf:
