Section 17 of The Bengal Excise Act, 1909 — Payment of duty on removal from distillery, brewery, warehouse or other place of storage

No intoxicant shall be removed from any distillery, brewery, warehouse or other place of storage licensed, established, authorised or continued under this Act, unless the duty or fee (if any) payable under Chapter V 4(or Chapter VI) has been paid or a bond has been executed for the payment thereof.
