Section 134 of The West Bengal Co-Operative Societies Act, 2006 — Special provisions for Urban Co-operative Bank

(1) Registration and administration of an Urban Co-operative Bank will be governed by this Act and the rules made thereunder. (2) Such bank will be regulated by the direction of the Reserve Bank of India and shall have the power to amend its by-laws.
