Section 41 of The West Bengal Clinical Establishments (Registration, Regulation and Transparency) Act, 2017 — Appeal

Official Legislative Text

Orders and decisions of the Adjudicating Authority in the Districts shall be appealable before the West Bengal Clinical Establishment Regulatory Commission within a period of fifteen days from the date of passing the order and accompanied by fixed fees of one hundred rupees: Provided that the Commission may admit the appeal after the expiry of such period if it is satisfied that the aggrieved parties were prevented by sufficient cause from filing it within appropriate time.
