In section 8 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1), (a) in clause (b), the words "public parks, gardens" shall be omitted: (b) in clause (ix), for the words "boards with the sanction in the case of cities of the State Government, and in the case of other municipalities", the words "Municipality with the sanction" shall be substituted.
