Section 229 of The Tripura Panchayats Act, 1993 — Removal of difficulties

[Content as provided in the Act text] (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any provision of this Act, the State Government may by an order, published in the Official Gazette, as the occasion may require, do anything which appear to it to be necessary to remove the difficulty. (2) Every order made under sub-section (1) shall be laid before the State Legislature. (3) No such order shall be made after expiry of ten years from the commencement of this Act.
