Section 43 of The Tripura Children Act, 1982 — Penalty for being drunk while incharge of a. child

If any person is found drunk in any street or public place while having charge of a child, and if such person is incapable by reason of his drunkenness of taking due care of the child, such person shall on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
