Section 10 of The Uttar Pradesh Fire and Emergency Services Act, 2022 — Appointment, powers, duties and functions of other Officers

(1) For the purpose of this Act, the State Government may appoint other Officers and staff for the administrative purposes and other field formation as may be necessary from time to time. (2) The qualifications for appointment and other conditions of service of the Officers appointed under sub-section (1) shall be such as may be prescribed in the rules. (3) For the purpose of this Act, the State Government shall appoint such officers as may be deemed necessary to supervise Fire Stations while exercising such powers or discharging the duties and functions under this Act or rules made thereunder.
