Section 10 of The Uttar Pradesh Excies (Amendment) Act, 2017 — Amendment of section 55

Bare section text

For section 55 of the principal Act the following section shall be substituted, namely:- "55. All offences punishable under sub-section (2) of section 60, section 60A, section 62, section 63, section 64-A and any offence punishable for abetment of any offence under the said sections, shall be non-bailable within the meaning of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973."
