Section 34 of The United Provinces Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Systems of Medicine1 Act, 19392 — For the purpose of any inquiry held under clause (b) of sub- section (1) of section 31, the Board or the committee, as the case may be, shall exercise the powers of a commissioner appointed under the Public Servants (Inquiries) Act, 1950 and the provisions of sections 5, 8 to 1o, 14 to 16, 19 and 20 of the said Act shall, so far as may be, apply to every such inquiry and appeal
