14PreviousSection 14 Provided that in the case of an elected member, if the vacancy is for a period of six months or less, the Board may direct that the vacancy be left unfilled until the next general election.16NextSection 16 No disqualification of, or defect in the election or nomination of any person acting as a member of the Board or as the President or presiding authority of a meeting shall be deemed to vitiate any act or proceedings of the Board in which such person has taken part, if the majority of persons who took part in such act or proceedings were duly qualified members of the Board.
