Section 17 of The Telangana Prisons Development Board Act, 2001 — Vesting of prison lands and buildings in the Board

On and from the date of commencement of this Act, all land and buildings appurtenant thereto in the charge or possession or use of the Prisons Department of Government of Telangana other than those specified in the Schedule shall, vest in the Board and be subject to its control.
